About Charmaine
Charmaine Augustin, the work life balance expert, was born in Jamaica and lived in Boston for fifteen years before moving to Dacula, Georgia where she resides with her husband and three children, Samuel, Jacob and Nathaniel. After working as an Assistant Vice President in Banking and a Marketing Director in Health and Wellness, she decided to find balance and re-evaluate her own life, when she took time off to write her first book �Nine to Five or Something Like That�Finding Work Life Balance and Fulfillment for Women�. She enjoys traveling, writing, throwing parties, baking homemade cookies and spending quality time with family and friends.
Charmaine is the new and vibrant host of the daily radio talk show �The Charmaine Show� heard streaming on the internet at WJJC.net and on the dial at 1270AM in Commerce, Georgia. She is a Life Coach, freelance writer, author and motivational speaker. She believes in family values and education and dedicates her time to volunteering on the Literacy Committee of her local school. She is the School Council Chair for Pucketts Mill Elementary in Gwinnett County and is a member of the GEMS Oversight Committee. Her passion for education and her involvement in community development has landed her the role of Scholarship Chairperson for the City of Dacula where she serves as a member of the Dacula Business Association. She remains passionate about banking and currently works as a Branch Manager.
